1General Provisions

Tap55 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an internationally licensed online gaming and Sports Betting platform. We provide services specifically designed for users in Bangladesh.

These Terms & Conditions have been drawn up in accordance with applicable Bangladeshi law and international gaming regulations. tap55 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms at any time. Notice of any changes will be posted on the platform.

• These Terms & Conditions are available in both Bengali and English; in the event of any discrepancy, the English version shall prevail.
• Tap55 reserves the right to suspend or permanently discontinue its services at any time, for any reason.
• These Terms & Conditions apply to individuals who are 18 years of age or older.
• Members use the platform at their own responsibility.

2Account Register

You must be 18 years of age or older to register on tap55. All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Accounts created with false information will be terminated and balances may be forfeited.

Each person may only operate one account. Opening multiple accounts under the same name, mobile number, or device is strictly prohibited.

• An active Bangladeshi mobile number is required to register.
• Only one account may be opened per mobile number.
• Account passwords must be at least 8 characters long and contain a combination of letters and numbers.
• Account verification must be completed after registration.
• Corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.

3Account Verification (KYC)

Tap55 follows a Know Your Customer (KYC) policy. Account verification is mandatory before any withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawal requests will not be processed if verification has not been completed.

4Deposit Policy

Deposits on tap55 can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer. Funds are typically credited to your account within minutes. Deposits made through third parties or from someone else's account are strictly prohibited.

• Minimum deposit: BDT 100.
• Maximum single deposit: BDT 50,000.
• Maximum daily deposit: BDT 200,000 (two hundred thousand taka).
• No fees are charged when processing a deposit.
• If a deposit fails, the funds will be returned within 24 hours.
• Tap55 reserves the right to place a hold on suspicious transactions pending investigation.

5Withdrawal Policy

Your account must be verified before you can make a withdrawal from tap55. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit. Additional verification may be required for your first withdrawal.

• Minimum withdrawal: BDT 300.
• Maximum single withdrawal: BDT 1,00,000.
• Maximum daily withdrawal: BDT 500,000 (five hundred thousand taka).
• Withdrawals are usually completed within 3–15 minutes.
• If verification is in progress, withdrawals may be delayed by up to 48 hours.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing from a bonus balance.
• Under our AML policy, large withdrawal requests may require additional documentation.

6Bonuses & Promotions

Each bonus offer on tap55 has its own specific terms and conditions. Please read the relevant terms before claiming any bonus. In the event of any dispute relating to bonuses, tap55's decision shall be final.

• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is generally 20x to 30x.
• A maximum bet limit may apply when wagering with bonus funds.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
• If bonus abuse or fraud is confirmed, the full account balance will be forfeited.
• Bonus offers have a set expiry date; any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires.
• Separate terms apply for reload bonuses, cashback, and referral bonuses.
• Tap55 reserves the right to modify or cancel its bonus program at any time.

7Betting Rules

Each game on tap55 is governed by its own rules. Once a bet is placed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. tap55 reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds resulting from a technical error.

• Minimum bet amounts may vary by game.
• Maximum payout limits are set separately for specific games or categories.
• Odds on live betting can change at any time.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be fully refunded.
• Placing opposing bets on the same event (arbitrage betting) is prohibited.
• Tap55 reserves the right to void abnormal winnings resulting from technical errors.

8Prohibited Activities

Any involvement in the activities listed below will result in immediate account closure, full balance forfeiture, and tap55 reserves the right to pursue legal action.

• Operating multiple accounts or registering under multiple identities.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any form of illegal financial transactions.
• Hacking the platform's software, using bots, or playing with automated tools.
• Using another person's account or selling account credentials.
• Coordinated betting with the intent to circumvent bonus terms.
• Filing false complaints against the platform or committing chargeback fraud.
• Creating or managing an account on behalf of a minor.

9Responsible Gaming

Tap55 believes gaming should be a source of entertainment, not a burden. The wellbeing and peace of mind of our members is our top priority. If you feel that gaming is having a negative impact on your daily life, please contact our support team immediately.

• Use of the platform by individuals under 18 years of age is strictly prohibited.
• Once self-exclusion is activated, account access will be suspended for the specified period.
• Deposit limit reductions take effect immediately; increases take effect after 72 hours.

10Privacy & Data Protection

• Information may be disclosed to authorities when required by law.
• Even after an account is closed, certain data will be retained for a specified period to meet legal obligations.

11Account Closure & Suspension

Tap55 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts without prior notice under the following circumstances. In the event of closure, any valid balance will generally be returned; however, balances may be forfeited in cases of rule violations.

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Involvement in fraudulent or deceptive activities.
• KYC verification has not been completed.
• Due to legal or regulatory requirements.
• At the member's own request (voluntary closure).
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).

12Changes & Amendments

Tap55 may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be announced on the platform and the "Last Updated" date at the top of the page will be revised accordingly. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
